The guide — every choice in plain words
Six things decide how your card feels. One minute each.
Paper & thickness (pt)
pt measures thickness. Higher pt = stiffer card. Thin cards bend, feel cheap, and wear out fast in a wallet.
Coatings — the surface feel
The coating is the first thing a customer feels when you hand over your card. Matte is smooth with no shine; gloss is bright; silk feels like velvet.
Finishes — the special touches
Small touches that make people keep your card instead of tossing it.
Sizes
The US standard is 3.5 × 2 inches — it fits every wallet and card holder.
What goes on the card
Front: name, title, business, phone, email. That's it — a crowded card gets read less.
QR codes & logos
One scan opens your website, menu or booking page. Your logo is the anchor — one strong mark, big and clear.
Thickness you can see
Side by side, the seven levels are seven different cards — from a slim everyday card to a thick top-level piece that feels like an object.
What your card is made of
Our standard card is a premium 16 pt stock, printed in full color on both sides. Every level above it is a named, real material — matte, spot UV, suede, foil — never a mystery upgrade.
Sending your own artwork
Set your file at 3.5 × 2 in with 0.125 in bleed all round, 300 DPI, CMYK. Background runs to the bleed edge; keep words and logos inside the safe line.
